Ashley's Ham Biscuits
In a small bowl, mix a few tablespoons of butter or margarine with poppy seeds and yellow mustard. Mix until all ingredients are thoroughly blended. Spread a little bit of this mixture onto several dinner rolls (I typically cut each dinner roll in half or so to make it bite sized). On top of the mixture, add a small piece of provolone cheese and a small bite of thinly sliced deli ham. Bake in a 300 degree oven until the cheese melts and ham turns slightly crisp. Serve immediately.
