6 tomatos, chopped
basil
chopped garlic
1 pound shrimp
2 "tubs" feta
olive oil
pasta of your choice
In a 9x13 dish, add a layer of the chopped (bite size) tomatos. Follow with a layer of feta cheese, basil, garlic and olive oil. Next, add the remaining tomatos, then more feta, sprinkle more basil, garlic and olive oil. (Think about layering "lasagna style.") Top the disj with the peeled and devained shrimp. This part of the dish can easily be made ahead of time and refrigerated, ready to just pop in the oven at dinner time.
Throw the dish in the oven in a preheated 350 degree oven until the shrimp are cooked (about 20 minutes). While the dish cooks, boil your pasta of choice. Throw some french bread in the oven, which tastes awesome dipped in the sauce. Serve the shrimp and tomatos over the pasta.
Alternative Way to a Man's Heart
This is a variation on the above, with some new ingredients!
Saute garlic in about 2-3 tbsp of olive oil. Sprinkle with dried Italian seasoning. Cook the shrimp in the seasoned olive oil as the pasta of your choice gets boiled.
When the shrimp are cooked, mix the pasta, shrimp, chopped tomatos, feta cheese. Add one jar of pine nuts and about 10 kalamata olives (chopped). Add olive oil if needed.
