Two packages of Philadelphia Cream Cheese
One jar of Heinz Chili Sauce
A Green Pepper
A Sweet Onion
Finely shredded Mozzarella Cheese
One Bob Evans brown sausage
Black Olives
Crackers or Corn Chips
The idea is to make an appetizer for parties or football games etc...
First you want to cook the sausage in a skillet and make sure they are cooking all the way through and use a spatuala to make sure that the sausage is in tiny bits and cooked a little crispy. Drain the fat and set aside.
Press the cream cheese into the bottom of a 9 inch glass pie plate. Spread the chili sauce over the cream cheese and layer the sausage, onion, green pepper in the order listed. Cover with the mozzarella cheese and randomly place the black olives.
Serve it up with your favorite corn chips for crackers!!
